The Metric of Success Was Wrong.

If you looked at my life a few years ago, the data suggested I had it all. An international banking career. A six-figure income. The family. The investments. Daily interaction with C-Level executives and baord members.

The "high-performer" status. I had spent a lifetime climbing the first mountain: Achievement.

But deep down, the ROI was negative. I was ticking every box on the corporate checklist, yet I woke up every morning asking: Is this my life, or just the autopilot version?

THE STRATEGIC AUDIT

I realized I had lost the ability to navigate. Fear wasn't just an emotion; it was a systemic block.

I had spent decades focusing on accumulation—of titles, money, and status—but I had neglected foundation.

I hit pause. I stopped climbing the mountain of Achievement and started climbing the mountain of Impact.

The Shift

I changed my focus from "How do I win?" to "How do I serve?"

I realized that my experience as a Risk Director wasn't wasted—it was just misapplied. I took those skills—analysis, strategy, structural rigor—and applied them to the human operating system.
