Most coaching — and most corporations — assume everyone runs on the same operating system. File down your quirks. Flatten your peaks. Shore up your weaknesses.
In other words: be average.
But the world doesn't reward average anymore. It rewards specialization. The "well-rounded" leader who's decent at everything and exceptional at nothing? That model is failing — quietly, expensively, and everywhere.
The future belongs to what I call the Spiky Profile: people with disproportionately strong capabilities who know how to deploy them — and who manage their energy, not just their calendar.
This idea has been at the centre of my coaching practice for years. After working with individuals across every level of large organisations, and more recently advising startups and SMEs on leadership and growth, I kept hitting the same wall: there were no tools built for how people actually work. No diagnostics designed around cognitive difference in a way that the result can be used in a coaching framework. No software that treated energy as a finite, strategic resource, to be used strategically.
So I built them.

This is the R&D arm of my practice — a dedicated space where neurodiversity research, executive coaching methodology, and purpose-built software for HR and talent teams converge.

Here, I don't do vague advice (I will never use the word "synergy," for example!) . I do system check-ups — and give you something actionable to work with.
